"For our outward journey to London City, the driver was on time, journey excellent, no issues.
For the return, the driver was not inside the airport terminal where I expected him to be. We made phone contact and following some confusion I found the car and driver in the airport pickup park. It was not clear to me where this was.
However, both drivers were courteous and helped with our luggage. Their driving was professional and avoided any anxieties on my part. Well driven. I would consider using this service again."
